Why does the smell keep coming back after I clean?

Because the source is still there. Surface cleaning and sprays reach the top layer, but odor often lives in carpet pad, drywall or ducts. That's where we do the real work.

Do you just spray something over the smell?

No. We look for what is causing the odor — soot, moisture, a spill or debris — and remove or clean it first. Covering a smell with fragrance only hides it for a while.

Can you remove pet urine odor from carpet?

Often, yes. Urine usually soaks past the carpet into the pad and sometimes the subfloor. We treat or replace the pad as needed and clean the carpet, so the odor isn't just covered up.

How long does odor removal take?

It depends on the source and how far it spread. A single room can go quickly; whole-house smoke odor takes longer. You'll get a clear plan after the first inspection.

Will you cover the smell with fragrance?

No. Fragrance only hides an odor for a while. We remove what's causing it, clean the affected surfaces and neutralize the air, so there's nothing left to cover.
